This session will feature a delicious small plate tasting experience expertly paired with the evening's intriguing menu, including mocktails and libations, ensuring a flavorful and immersive culinary journey for all participants. About Amalia Moreno-Damgaard

Amalia, born and raised in Guatemala, is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and the Culinary Institute of America. She is a Danish-by-marriage culinary enthusiast and an avid world traveler. Amalia is also an award-winning author and leader with a corporate background, known for her passionate advocacy of cultural understanding and empowerment through traditional cuisine.

Leveraging her expertise, she bridges awareness gaps and fosters deeper connections, offering impactful speaking engagements, insightful consulting, and immersive gourmet experiences.
