"Best of Both Worlds Black Tie Masquerade Gala: A Celebration of Law Enforcement, Guidance Counselores & Health and Human Services." This truly unique and momentous event is sure to be a wonderful experience. Please join me as we take a moment to celebrate the hard-working men and women in these professions within the City of Mount Vernon, New York.

A portion of the proceeds will go to support two college-bound scholars.
