The Best Kind Comedy Tour features 3 of Newfoundland’s best comedians; Mike Lynch, Colin Hollett, and Brian Aylward. It has become one of Canada’s biggest independent comedy tours with 4 coast to coast tours and over 100 shows under their belt. They’ve sold over 20,000 tickets and have built a great following across the country. They are back with a brand new show in 2022!
Star of the Outhouse TV, Mike Lynch has become a well known face in Canadian comedy and has gained a large online following that continues to grow today. With his wide range of sketch characters, he has generated countless viral videos and garnered over 10 million views. For the past 4 years, his annual sketch and standup show “Getting To Know Me” has sold out 3 shows each year at the 900 seat, Holy Heart Theatre in St. John’s and continues to sell out shows all across the country. Making his mommy proud, Mike also has several tracks featured in Just For Laughs Originals on Sirius XM radio. He is a prolific creator and a relentless performer. This hilarious young talent is not to be missed.
Brian has been a Comedian for 15 years, performing more than 3000 shows in 28 countries. Aylward is a former Canadian Comedy Award winner for "Best Standup Comic."
In 2018 & 2019, Brian headlined Best Kind Comedy Tour, playing to sold-out theatre shows across Canada. In February 2017, Aylward's solo show “Big In Asia” was nominated for “Best Comedy” at Fringe World in Perth, Australia. Upon returning to his native Canada in 2010, Brian went on to become the twice finalist in SiriusXM Radio’s “Canada’s Top Comic” (2011/2013), and has performed at many festivals around the world, including Just For Laughs 42, Halifax Comedy Fest, Hong Kong International Comedy Festival and the Magners International Comedy Festival. He has also appeared several times on Canada's hit CBC Radio show "The Debaters."
Colin’s Howlett's second time on stage, he won the Great Canadian Laugh-Off comedy competition and represented Newfoundland at the national competition in Toronto.
Hollett had the highest voted video in Canada for the Russell Peter’s BFF comedy competition. He boasts a great online following from his many viral video rants and comedy sketch guest appearances on the very popular Outhouse TV.
Wherever he performs, this Burin Bay native garners fans by sharing his uniquely hilarious mind.
