The Belonging Circle: An introduction to Humanity Centres
About this Event
Feeling overwhelmed by all the change around you? You're not alone.
Life moves in seasons. Sometimes we feel energized and confident. Other times we experience uncertainty, loss, or the sense that something needs to change.
The Belonging Circle is a welcoming 90-minute guided Humanity Centre program designed to bring pause, reflection, and connection with others in a warm and supportive environment. Through meaningful conversation and guided reflection, you'll discover where you are in your current season of life and explore practical next steps with greater clarity and hope.
During this introductory group session, you'll:
- Experience a Humanity Centre session
- Explore the four seasons of renewal and where you are on your own journey
- Connect with others through guided reflections and conversations
- Create a personal action plan you can begin using immediately
- Learn how Humanity Centre can support your continued personal growth and wellbeing
What makes The Belonging Circle different?
We believe lasting change begins within the collective.
Our circles are guided by simple agreements that create a space of trust, respect and confidentiality. There is no pressure to share, no advice-giving, and no expectation to have all the answers. You are invited to come exactly as you are.
Every session is facilitated by trained Humanity Centre leaders who create an environment where curiosity, compassion, and meaningful conversation can flourish.
You'll leave with:
- A deeper understanding of your current season of life
- Greater clarity about your next steps
- Practical actions you can take to move forward with intention
- A genuine sense of connection, hope, and possibility
- An invitation to continue your journey through Humanity Centres' ongoing programs
Whether this is your first experience with personal development or you've been on this journey for years, Humanity Centre offers a welcoming place to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with what matters most.
Join us and experience what becomes possible when we gather with courage, curiosity, and humanity.
