* 2-Hour Workshop: Led by highly awarded, internationally acclaimed master instructor and superstar performer Ansuya, who will delve into the self-care process with you.
* 15-Minute Break: Time to rest or change attire.
* 1-Hour Show: Features a sacred performance circle in which to celebrate one another’s growth. You are welcome to perform, or just watch for inspiration. The show includes a performance by Ansuya!
💃 What to Wear
Feel free to wear comfortable yoga attire with option to add a hip scarf. Or, dress up as much as you’d like—full costumes are absolutely welcome!
