The final round of beers have been brewed and it's time for the last round of judging by you the customer!We invite you to participate in the last iteration of our pilot program for 2024, formally "Klub Kolsch & Klub Kombat" - The Beer Keep.
Through this program, our member owners have home-brewed two Bière de Garde recipes that are competing to be brewed commercially.
At this final event you will taste the two homebrews. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback as well as hear from the brewers about what changes they have made and their process. This event is open to the public and FREE for member-owners! ($10 for non-members)
Brewing is as much about tending to a cellar full of beer as it is about brew days themselves. In many ways, brewers guard their cellar from unwanted pathogens, by keeping it clean, cold and collected. More work is done to "keep" beer fresh than probably anything else. Hence the name "Beer Keep" for this year's program.
