Welcome to The Bed In Experience: A Guided Journey for Couples, a guided virtual couples retreat designed for you to slow down, reconnect, and immerse in each other’s presence—all from the comfort of your own bed. Inspired by the legendary “Bed Ins” of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, this experience invites couples to join a virtual sanctuary for intentional time together. Over the weekend, we’ll gather as a community and explore Tantra-based practices that nurture vulnerability, presence, and intimacy.

The Bed In Experience offers couples an intentional pause from daily routines to explore quality time, deeper intimacy, and authentic connection.

Opening Ceremony: Begin the journey with an intention-setting and grounding practice, creating space to embrace vulnerability and openness.

Four Guided Sessions: Led by experienced facilitators, these sessions include breathwork, communication exercises, and energy practices that bring partners closer, heightening their connection and cultivating a shared sense of presence.

Community Check-In: Midway through, join a group check-in to reflect on your experience, connect with others, and feel supported by a shared intention.

Support Sessions: Drop-in with our guides to ask questions and receive support.

Support Chat: Telegram group chat for community connection & access to your coaches for questions.

Closing Ceremony: Conclude the weekend by honoring the experiences you’ve shared and anchoring the connection you’ve built.
