"The workshop itself was brimming with insightful advice and refreshing perspectives on approaching winter skincare holistically, keeping me engaged throughout."

"It was a lovely and very educational way to spend a Sunday morning."

? WHAT: A beauty workshop with a unique format. A mind-body-spirit approach to understanding and loving your skin. An opportunity to explore alternative ways of expressing beauty and becoming more in touch with your individual needs. All in all, a pretext to bring a small community of people together. A mindful gift you can offer yourself or a loved one, and an immersive experience amidst the present noise.

? WHEN: Saturday, 21st of September, from 10:30AM to 2:00PM.

? WHERE: In my cosy and creative home studio in West Hampstead. A space that mirrors my energy so well.

? WHO: A group of maximum 6 people with an openness and curiosity to learn about beauty from a fresh perspective and how to renew their sense of vitality from the inside out. The workshop day is open to all: beauty enthusiasts, make-up artists, mothers who need a moment for themselves, or anyone who wants to unplug, connect in an intimate space, find out more about green & holistic beauty, and indulge their taste buds.

? HOW MUCH: 50 GBP per person. You will get the benefits of a private experience, custom recommendations, plus the connection and inspiration from the interaction with a small group. And the healthy treats!

THE HOLISTIC BEAUTY WORKSHOP. We will be delving deeper into both the external and internal beauty realms while I aim to give you hints on how to nourish your entire body, mind, and soul in the process of navigating your skin’s landscape. Breaks are important (for both you and I) so I’ve structured the workshop in 3 main parts, with some downtime moments in between.

??‍??We’ll have an introductory discussion on your individual journey and the challenges you ar currently facing in regards to your (skin) health. It's your time to have your needs heard and be as specific as you want. We will also be taping into questions like "What does beauty truly mean to you?", "What makes you feel beautiful?", "How do you cultivate beauty in your own being and life?", and see what comes up.

??‍♀️?Next I’m going to take you through my overall approach to beauty, with a focus on holistic practices and specific lifestyle choices to keep your overall health in harmony, and, not ultimately, to help you achieve that healthy glow. As we are currenty facing a plethora of stressors (both environmental and internal,) I will mainly focus on sensitive skin, yet all skins will benefit from it. Sun exposure plays such an important role in the health of both mind and body, so I'm going to address this topic as well, debunking a few SPF myths in the process.

☀️ ?Last but not least, we’ll put the theory into practice and I’ll show you how to achieve a healthy glow through a mindfully prepped skin and subtle make-up touches to compliment your features.

??During the breaks, we’ll savour some healthy homemade treats and my famous lattes (think ceremonial matcha, adaptogenic blends and my favourite butterfly pea powder). I encourage you to get curious of one another and share thoughts and challenges. You never know where bits of healing, relevant knowledge or genuine connections sprout from. I'll hold space for sharing ideas and I'll be addressing individual challenges that we can all benefit from.

? BONUS: As a follow-up, you will receive a complimentary email with notes from the workshop, as well as custom product recommendations based on your individual questions and concerns.

HOMEMADE HEALTHY TREATS. I have a penchant for beautifying everything (in an organic way) and for bringing a splash of colour to any thought or activity. Food is definitely a good example of that. I've had a keen interest in functional nutrition (I am currently a FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION student with Mindbodygreen Institute) since I was a teen. This particular journey was a prerequisite for my green beauty practices, which brought me to a point where I can't talk about one without mentioning the other (particularly skin health without nutrition). We'll talk about food as medicine and its ability to enhance creativity, aid the skin's healing process and nurture your overall wellbeing.
