What to Expect:
10:00 am: Good Morning! Get checked in and ready for the day!
10:15 am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Jessica Small of Lotus House of Yoga
10:45 am: Sound Bath with Megan Perkins of Healing Energy Services by Megan
11:15 am: Meet & Greet + Book Swap (bring a book you are ready to part with and grab a new book someone else has brought!)
11:45 am: Empowerment Speaker
12:30 pm: Crafting Circle
12:45pm - 2:00 pm: Experience Stations

The Beauty Boost is a community for women to feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful. We put in events throughout the year like socials, empowerment workshops, retreats, and fitness samplers. This event (and 20+ others) is FREE for Year Pass holders. Grab yours HERE!
