Sac Prep Music Academy Presents:
The Beatles 1965 HELP! & Rubber Soul albums Live in Concert
on Thursday Dec. 5, 2024 from 6pm to 8pm

This will be the last Beatles Guitar Project show of 2024.
This is a unique show, because we are introducing a lot of our younger students to playing shows. Our Beatles Ukulele Project has spearheaded this show, and the students who have committed to learning both of these albums have improved tremendously! All the music is scored in the original key so that they can go home and practice playing with The Beatles; this is so important when it comes to raising good students of music (and Future Beatles Fans!). #Listening
All in all, the band will be comprised of nearly the same band
as we've had from the May and August Shows:
Darrin Baker on Drums
Angelica Hays on Bass
Anthony Boccaleoni & Logan Kanotz (from BGP) on Guitar
Melissa and Rick Fulkerson on Backing Vocals
Director Benjamin J McClara on Ukulele and Vox
and.... we may have a few other guests performers!
What will the audience hear?
You'll hear all the parts that The Beatles recorded performed by
this group of musicians (& you may hear some Ukulele Students playing along.) This is their first show! and the pleasure of "playing along" with the band is truly an important and amazing experience.
The journey and lessons to learn this music are great.
So we appreciate all the support of our loving audience as possible as we perform this special music for you.
We understand that some of this music exists for many of you in a very important part of your heart and soul.
And we understand that there are many memories attached to songs like In My Life (Rubber Soul). We take this stuff seriously because we love the music too & want our children to understand just how important it is to us.
This is a benefit concert as we look to our community to recognize the work that we do here at Sac Prep Music Academy.
We transcribe and score and arrange all the music for our students (you cannot go out and buy these shows; we do not purchase curriculum. We are professionals who use this relevant and important history of music to teach our students about the fundamentals of music. You cannot go out and purchase this professionalism, it is learned and honed and mastered over years and years of first hand experience. Accept no imitations!)
