Did you know that Sam Mendes, director of Skyfall and Spectre, is set to tackle another British cultural institution, The Beatles?
The British Theatre Playhouse “Art for Charity” Gala event on 22nd February, will feature the music and legacy of the influential band, with an exceptional live performance by The Cavern Beatles authorised by the famous Cavern Club in Liverpool, the birthplace of The Beatles. The event aims to celebrate The Beatles' 65th Anniversary and their impact on popular music and culture. 25% of gross ticket sales will be directed to two critical charities in Singapore: The Business Times Budding Artists Funds and the Singapore Cancer Society.
