In this class, Jaclyn Ricci, the vice chair of Camden County Chickens and leader of Merchantville Backyard Chickens, will discuss the benefits of having backyard hens for composting and sustainability, along with the educational information specific to raising chickens in a suburban setting. Feed, health, and coop requirements that satisfy local community requirements are covered.
