The BASH 2024

Now in its third year, The BASH returns - and we can barely fit all the talent onto two stages!

With three days of dance bands, dozens of vendors, burlesque and a pinup contest, it is truly a Swingin' Rockabilly Weekender.

The Hyatt Regency OC near Disney is the host hotel, and the dates are June 21-23.

Friday features a Battle of the Dance Bands on the LayRite Deluxe Stage, featuring The Moontones plus Lil' Mo & The DynaCrows all onstage together, trading licks and vying for the title. 

Also, Abby Girl & The Real Deal and the renowned Pachuco José! It's all set up by Sailor Mike spinning tunes at 5 pm.

PLUS - the Marvelous Mavens host a special Meet & Greet with the pin-up contestants at 6:30 pm near the Stellar JAX room.

Saturday has James Intveld's Rockabilly Revue plus the Bellfuries return to Orange County, Carl Sonny Leyland & His Boogie Woogie Boys, Vicky Tafoya and the Big Beat and surprises like the Queen of the BASH Pinup Contest and Burlesque performers until late at night on the LayRite Deluxe Stage.

FLASH: We have added Al Dual from Spain, and also Idun Carling & Her Swingin' Swedes from Scandinavia, to the Saturday line-up.

PLUS: On the Players Vodka Stage, you'll see the Brian Hogan band and also Shy But Flyy, plenty of burlesque artists, pin-up cuties and much more, all DJ'd by Dr. Nate!

On Sunday's LayRite Deluxe Stage is the high-energy dance band Phat Cat Swinger, with its 10-piece swing band featuring horns and bandleader Marco Palos. Dave Stuckey's Hot House Gang performs for their legions of dancers, and Mercedes Moore brings her sassy humor along with her crack R&B band. 

Sunday's Players Vodka Stage features a Battle of the Rockabilly DJs with DJs playing the best in dance music. It's our Record Hop party and goes from Noon-5 pm Sunday. Jump Blues Richard, Stitchcat, Johnny Lawless and Vintage Pete compete for your tips to determine the winner.

Our vendor village is open to the public all weekend right off the lobby of the Hyatt.

Over the weekend you will enjoy many top DJs including Tom Ingram, Steve Sayer, Sailor Mike, DJ Dr. Nate, Johnny Lawless, Aline, Jump Blues Richard and Time2Swing.
