In the gritty port city of Plymouth, 1929, an era defined by razor gangs and impending chaos, brothers Arthur and Edward Stone have clawed their way to the top. From humble origins, these local boys now command the docks and control the city’s criminal underbelly.
Their empire culminates at their private club, The Stone House, a haven of illicit deals and dangerous secrets.
