The Barbados Canada Association (BCA) under the patronage of the Consul General of Barbados invites the public to its 2024 Independence Gala in celebration of the island's 58th year of independence.
This spectacular formal affair and fundraising extravaganza promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with culture entertainment and community spirit.
Bearing the 2024 theme ‘From Fields to Festivals’ the swanky Saturday evening will be an all-inclusive event boasting a plethora of food and drink options for all in attendance and offering guests a taste of Barbados’ vibrant culture through authentic cuisine entertainment and guest speakers while raising funds towards disaster management in Barbados.
Attendees can expect a culinary experience complete with a hors d’oeuvres a 3-course dinner and a sweet table filled with beloved Barbadian treats a silent auction along with live musical performances straight from Barbados.
