The Banquet

Social dining experience in Singapore, once a month. Some of the best conversations you’ll ever have start at a table with people you’ve never met. The Banquet is a monthly communal dinner at Botany House, 289 River Valley where a long shared table, a seasonal menu, and a room full of strangers quietly become something you did not expect to need.

What to Expect:

Once a month on a Friday evening, a brand-new menu lands on the table, built entirely for that night. The idea is simple: What would you cook if the jungle were your pantry? Seasonal ingredients, interesting pairings, and a home-cook sensibility designed for sharing.

You'll dine family-style with fellow food lovers, creatives, and curious minds. Whether you come solo or with friends, you'll leave with a full belly and new perspectives.

What Makes This Unique:

🍽️ New menu every month: seasonal, home-cooked in spirit, and never repeated.

🗣️ One long table: seating is communal by design. You're not dining beside strangers; you're dining with them.

🌱 Culinary adventure: Foraged flavours, interesting pairings, and a kitchen that treats the jungle like a pantry.
