The Bake Room: Fall Favorites - presented by The Black Girl Baking Show

Have you ever wanted to wake up one fall morning and whip up fresh baked cinnamon rolls? And then you remember you can't bake to save your life...Well here's your chance to learn with an experienced baker!

Hi! My name is Brianna and I've been professionally baking at my family bakery for 8 years. I also created a baking show 6 years ago and have appeared on a monthly baking segment on WTOL 11 for the lat 4 years. I love sharing the art of baking with folks who love sweets and breads, but want to avoid preservatives and additives that are making us sick in this country.

Join me Sunday, November 2, for the inaugural "The Bake Room" baking class where we will make not one, but two original fall recipes created by yours truly; Butter Pecan Sweet Potato Cinnamon Rolls and Tuscan Irish Soda Bread with an oil dip. In this 2 hours and 30 minute class, I will not only walk through each recipe with you, giving you the history of each recipe and teaching you basics of baking, but also provide Fresh Apple Cider, great music, and the opportunity to be 1 of 3 to take home a special gift. And well of course, you also get to take your bakes home with you!

Grab a friend or come alone and make new ones, but either way, I'll see you in The Bake room.

Info: Class will begin at 1pm, but you can check as early as 12:45pm to get settled, get refreshments and take photos.

Info: During this time, Brianna will welcome you, explain rules and procedures, and give a brief explanation of each of the recipes.

Info: Mixing up the delicious sweet potato cinnamon roll dough!

Info: Making Brianna’s signature Irish Soda Bread recipe and baking it to perfection.

Info: Punching down that dough, filling, and shaping them to rise.

Info: While the dough rises, we’ll make that rich butter pecan sauce and clean up (the most important part of baking).
