Hey Bowling Baddies!
Introducing our Baddie and the Beast Mixed Doubles
Teams must consist of 1 female and 1 male
This event will be on Sunday September 20th, 2026
Check-in: 7:30am
Practice: 8:50am
Start time: 9:00am
Players meeting will be held at South Plain Lanes, at 8pm Saturday 19th, 2026 at South Plain Lanes. Players must be present.
This event will be held at South Plain Lanes in Lubbock, Texas.
Entry fee for the team is $350 ($175 each)
A $50 deposit is required via Venmo or Cashapp
The handicap for this event will be 70% of 420 as a team.
Cap per team is 56 pins, per game.
Any singles side action will be 70% of 210.
Cap per individual is 28 pins, per game.
This tournament will consist of 7 games of qualifying.
We will pay out 1:6 ratio.
There will be a bracket play with the top 1:6 of the field.
If there is a top 8 ratio, there will be no byes.
If there is a top 10 ratio, the top 2 teams will receive byes.
The bracket round finals will be baker style - best of 3 games matches. Each game will be head to head, the first team to win 2 games will advance to the next round.
Females must bowl the 10th frame.
In the result of a tie, there will be a 9th and 10th frame roll-off, male will bowl the 9th frame, and the female will bowl the tenth.
Handicap will be adjusted for the baker format, it will be cut in half.
The winners will be receiving a bowling pin trophy each and $5,000 guaranteed.
There will be team brackets, and high games, single brackets, single high games, and optional singles for the 7 games of qualifying.
We will be selling merchandise and providing ball raffles.
Averages will be verified on bowl.com and we will be using your highest average for the last 2 years.
Tournamentbowl.com is where we will be uploading standings after each game, as well as brackets, high games, and optional singles.
There will be QR codes provided at the tournament so you can look straight from your phone, there will be no print out of brackets, scores, or high games.
Everyone will be responsible for double checking their scores on tournamentbowl.com after they have been entered so we can double check they are right.
