STORY
"Every Brilliant Thing" is a play that follows a young boy who begins compiling a list of everything wonderful in the world, "every brilliant thing," as a way to cope with his mother's struggles with depression and suicidal thoughts; the play explores the impact of a parent's mental illness on a child and the lengths they go to help, often incorporating audience interaction to highlight the small joys of life that make it worth living
