This 3rd Annual Summer Party is for The Backline performers, students, and alumni (and their significant others!)
Come join us for a whole day of celebrating the best community as we swim and grill out, play laser tag and bowling, then end the night with karaoke! (More activities might be added, check back later for more details!)
3PM - SWIMMING AT BROOKHILL COUNTRY CLUB
Entry fee covered. Pay for your own cocktails at the bar. (Reservation available thanks to Angie Pick.)
3:30PM - GRILL OUT AT BROOKHILL COUNTRY CLUB
Burgers/Hot Dogs/Buns plus water bottles and plates/napkins - bring any side dishes if you would like.
5PM - RESERVATION OVER AT BROOKHILL
Done with the grills and start to wrap up swimming, we can linger for a little bit and swim but our reservation window is technically over.
7PM- LASER TAG AND BOWLING AT SPARE TIME
We'll have 4 Bowling Lanes and 4 Group Laser Tag sessions (thanks to Lily Wang!) We might cover some light snacks but if you want any actual meals or drinks you will have to cover that yourself.
9PM - END SESSION AT SPARE TIME
10:45PM - AFTER PARTY AT THE BACKLINE
Join us for a fun night of karaoke and cocktails as we wrap up our summer party!
We have some small gaps where we might add quick little journeys, but this is the basic rundown of the whole event. No need to be at all of it, but RSVPing lets us know at least a little bit of what to expect and how much to plan for food. If bringing anything to the grillout, please share in the discussion.
