Welcome to the Back-to-School Reset – your ultimate alternative night out to wind down after summer and ease into the new academic year.
An evening designed for that after-summer wind-down and back-to-routine glow, giving you the chance to refill your energy with easy, mindful movement and soul-soothing sound.

We’ll gently flow through a sequence of floor-based asanas (postures) designed to release tension and reduce stress. Following the movement, sink into a peaceful yoga Nidra and sound bath, allowing any remaining stress to melt away.
