About this Event
The BAA is thrilled to announce the opening of bookings for the highly anticipated annual Birmingham Architectural Association Built Environment Dinner 2026, at the exquisite Birmingham Town Hall.
Last year, we were honoured to welcome over 270 leaders, managers, and directors from more than 100 different companies within the construction industry all from across Birmingham and the Midlands. This year, we are excited to once again gather professionals from various sectors, including architects, engineers, property developers, contractors, and consultants, for an evening of networking and camaraderie.
Ticket prices includes welcome drinks, entertainment, 3 course dinner and drinks.
We're delighted to announce that this year's Keynote Speaker is Catherine Croft, Director of the Twentieth Century Society.
Catherine is a noted authority on post-war architecture and as Director of C20 Society since 2002 has led the charge in protecting, and changing public perceptions, of our twentieth century heritage.
Author of a book on Concrete Architecture, Catherine also writes on contemporary and historic buildings and teaches a course on professional concrete conservation at West Dean College. She lectures to post graduate building conservation students throughout the UK, with RIBA and internationally with Getty, and is an alumni of the Architectural Association course.
Catherine read Architecture at Cambridge University, and did an MA in Material Culture & Architectural History in the USA, where she held a fellowship on the Winterthur Program at the University of Delaware.
Prior to C20 Society she worked for English Heritage as a buildings inspector in London and the Midlands.
This years Built Environment Dinner has been proudly sponsored by:
Altro Limited, Atrium, Crown Paint, CupaPizarras, D Line, MillerKnoll, Optima, Solus, RockPanel, E H Smith, and X Sign.
