The Ayurvedic Supper Club - Dosha Dinner Series

Welcome to the Ayurvedic Supper Club.
An immersive dining experience where you’ll learn how to eat the right foods to restore balance in your body and get to know your true nature.
Upon entering the courtyard, our Naturopathic Doctor and Ayurvedic expert Dr. Thanki will clear your energy with a simple smoke cleansing and ask you a few simple questions to identify your Dosha.
Your Dosha is a combination of elements that align with your true nature or elemental makeup: Kapha, Vata & Pitta.
Our holistic chef, Chef Jenn will prepare and serve a 3 course meal that has been customized to your Dosha.
Each meal will come with its own balancing ingredients that are unique to you and your dosha.
As you eat at our community table with likeminded guests, Dr. Thank will explain how you can apply Ayurveda to your life and everyday routine.
Then we will invite you into the clinic to choose and take home a variety of Ayurvedic treats from our gift shop.
Balance begins at the table.

Info: Guests are invited to enter the courtyard and take in the essence of ancient India. You will be greeted with a brief cleansing ceremony, followed by a few simple questions to identify your dosha.

Info: The guests will enjoy a 3 course meal prepared by Chef Jenn, curated to everyones dosha to restore balance in the body. Dr. Thanki will explain how the different ingredients help to balance each dosha, and ways to introduce Ayurvedic principals into your everyday practices.
