The Ayer - New Year’s Eve Rooftop Access!

Ring in the New Year with an incredible rooftop view at The Ayer! This is an un-hosted event, and no food or drinks will be provided. The purpose of this RSVP is to ensure we adhere to occupancy limits. Please RSVP only for yourself—one ticket per leaseholder. Any duplicate RSVPs will be removed.

If you’d like to bring a guest, please email with the guest’s information (details below). Guest spots are limited, and each resident is allowed one guest based on availability. Once the guest list is full, we will maintain a waitlist for additional guest spaces that may open up. All guests must be confirmed by the leasing/concierge team to attend. Wristbands will be distributed to each RSVP prior to the event for rooftop access.
