Come and be part of a dynamic experience with me; SAS, an experienced vocal activator ofSoul Awakening Sound, which is inside each of you just waiting to be expressed.Our voices have the ability to heal our bodies by releasing physical blockages and tension, which in time, if left unchecked can cause dis-ease and steal our Life Force- Chi.
Once activated through guidance to use certain tones, vibrations and seed sounds, our voices become an effective tuning instrument used to restore vitality, fluidity and vocal confidence to the body, returning peace and harmony to the Human Spirit.I also invite you to be a part of a planetary movement across the world on this day, to send out a love frequency, a heart-tone for our planet, to Gaia, Mother Earth, Pachamama, to assist her in recalibrating her original frequency, her true resonance which benefits us all.Across all time zones at Noon, on Valentine's Day, we shall be creating an energetic wave of pure love with sound, joining other souls who will be doing the same. Included will be a shamanic sound journey for you to relax and be immersed in, utilising; drums,rattles,crystal bowls, gongs, rain stick,chimes and voice..There will be a short break for you to have a bite and a drink, so please bring something to eat with you, herbals/ teas/ coffee will be provided.Please also bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your comfort.All are welcome.
