About this Event
REYO Foundation is launching Ghana's fourth Autism & Special Educational Needs (SEN) Show in April 2024. We are proud to be the organisers of the SEN Show in Ghana with the main aim of bridging the GAP between special education provision in Ghana with UK and the rest of the world. We need the support of organisations, stakeholders and everyone for this very worthwhile cause.
We are passionate about all children receiving inclusive education, regardless of location, age and social demographics. There are limited insights into specialist provision and support for children in Ghana who have special needs such as Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Asperger syndrome, ADHD and those with general learning difficulties.
The difference we can make with the SEN Show Ghana is that the event will raise more awareness, reduce social stigma surrounding special needs and disabilities. It will change the lives of many in the Ghanaian community by introducing resources, international speakers and professionals as well as up-to-date approaches for use by schools, teachers, health care professionals, support workers and parents.
The Autism & SEN Show Ghana is held annually to update Ghanaian and African Schools, families and the general public on new approaches, therapies and resources in the Special Educational Needs sector.
