A 4-Week Embodied Exploration of Self

The Authenticity Lab is a 4-week experiential series using movement, music, performance-based exploration, and mental health–informed practices to help participants connect more deeply with their personal authenticity.

This lab-style series invites curiosity over perfection as we explore values, perspectives, and self-expression through the body. Each week offers guided movement, creative exploration, and reflective practices designed to support participants in identifying and inhabiting their favorite self—however that uniquely looks and feels to each person.

Rather than focusing on performance for an audience, this series centers self-connection, choice, and presence. Participants will experiment with expression, clarify what feels true for them, and practice showing up more fully—in the studio and in everyday life.

No movement or performance experience is required—just a willingness to explore.
