How we show up in a session shapes the entire experience — our presence, awareness, and way of relating are just as essential as any technique.
This workshop is for teachers, therapists, facilitators, bodyworkers, and anyone interested in genuine connection.
You’ll explore practical tools to:
Refine facilitation and communication skills
Build somatic awareness to connect more clearly
Guide sessions with confidence, clarity, and sensitivity
Through body-based practice, partner work, and attentive listening, we’ll explore how attunement emerges naturally — not from doing more, but from being fully present.
This series is part of an ongoing exploration into attuned facilitation.
Each session stands on its own and also builds toward future offerings, where we will continue to deepen into different aspects of holding space and serving as a facilitator.
