The ASTA South Florida Chapter & ASTA SBN Chapter have now merged and will move forward together as ASTA South Florida under President Eddie Woodham and we have merged our Boards of Directors so all are involved. We are excited to be holding The ASTA South Florida Spring Affair and this year's event will be held on Tuesday, March 31, at the Doubletree Deerfield Beach. This has been an annual event and both Travel Advisors and our Travel Supplier Partners look forward to this opportunity to get togehter for an afternoon and evening of training, educational sessions and networking.
ASTA has long valued the south Florida travel advisor communited as many ASTA and ASTA SBN (formerly NACTA) Conventions and Conferences have been held in our area. We think of our Spring Affair like a small conference packed with various components to help you navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging world of travel. There is truly something for everyone loaded into our agenda.
The Doubletree Deerfield Beach is conveniently located in Broward County, midway between Miami and West Palm Beach. All of our meeting space is located on the hotel's first floor which makes it easy to get to the various meeting locations. Complimentary self parking is available. At our event last year, we welcomed over 160 Travel Advisors and more than 70 unique Travel Supplier Partners. We are expecting this year's event to be even bigger and better. We hope you will all want to join us and over 200 travel professionals at the Doubletreee Deerfield Beach on Tuesday, March 31 from 1:30-8:00 PM.

An Early Bird rate for ASTA SBN and ASTA members is just $19.00 per member. That rate will increase to $29.00 on Fedruary 1. So register early to get the best rate.
