About this Event
At first glance, it looks like women are thriving in finance, they make up 52% of the industry. But as the corporate ladder rises, their presence fades. Only 6% of the top U.S financial institutions have women in senior positions. 6%! Why is that? Is it the elusive work-life balance? A lack of mentorship? Systemic bias? We're starting a conversation and more importantly, a community.
The Women’s Collective kick-off event is your chance to:
- Connect with other women in finance who share your drive and ambition.
- Hear from inspiring voices on leadership, equity and career growth.
- Shape the future of a group built to empower and elevate women.
