About this Event

"Caregivers and parents often sacrifice their well-being for the sake of their families, but to care for others, you must also care for yourself! The Arts of Self-Care provides brief and accessible arts-based experiences that show you how to use art-making as a tool for personal well-being. Using simple neurological, psychological, and physiological ideas, you will try fun creative activities and leave with a newfound appreciation for how art supports your mind and body. Kids and adults can participate together, so bring the whole family to create, recharge, and practice self-care!

SPECIAL NOTE: Please enter through the purple door at the Haines Street entrance of Martin Luther King High School."
