The Artist’s Way Workshop

This in-person group workshop takes place over 13 weeks and includes 7 guided sessions, meeting every other Wednesday beginning January 21, 2026. The schedule allows time between sessions to reflect, practice what you’re learning, and notice meaningful changes over time.

Led by Tracy Rice, LPCC-S of Synergistic Journeys, The Artist’s Way workshop is a structured group experience based on Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way. Each session includes guided discussion, reflection, and simple weekly practices designed to help you reconnect with creativity and personal insight.

Participants will identify creative blocks, work through self-doubt, and explore new ways of thinking and creating in a supportive, therapeutic-informed environment. No artistic experience is required.

• Each session is 6:30–8:30 PM
