We are excited to once again host The Artist Way exhibition – a collaboration with a group of NHS arts therapists and an exploration of their continued work.
The Artist Way
This is the second annual exhibition of our work as a collective of artists & qualified Arts Therapists working for Hertfordshire Partnership University Foundation NHS Trust (HPFT). We work in Services that encompass Adult Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Eating Disorders and Children & Adolescent Services.
This year the group expands from 8 to 14 artists, who will each be showcasing their work, which encompasses a great variety of artworks, themes and media used, from painting to embroidery, drawing to printing.
Additionally, this year as part of the exhibition, we will also be running a series of workshops with some of our art therapists, making Miniature Spaces as a family workshop, creating Origami Explosion Books for adults and Unlocking the Potential of Music workshop for learning disability adults and their carers.
This exhibition will be showing for three weeks from 24th January - 14th February in our downstairs function space.
