What is this?

The Artful Leader's Studio is a co-creative space where YOU--leaders and visionaries who give so much to others--will come together monthly in a creative atelier setting:

• Slow down, pause & reflect, let the weight of the world slide off your shoulders and tend to your own well-being
• Tap our collective creativity, wisdom and resources to build a powerful vision for thriving for each of us and those we serve
• Identify the core values, ways of being, and action steps that will get you where you want to be
• Build a community of support that will get you through the tough times and celebrate your wins with you
• ...And whatever else serves the group!

Get out of isolation, get ahead of burnout, and step into joy, possibility and purpose, so that you can lead from a full tank and make the impact you dream of !

Meet your facilitator:

Rachelle Archer, MA, Visual/ Performing Artist, Expressive Arts Practitioner and CEO of Artful Leadership Coaching & Consulting, host of The Artful Leader Podcast.

Rachelle helps leaders with big missions impact lives sustainably by putting their own well-being first, so that they can lead with a full tank and create a culture of care that supports the flourishing of all community stakeholders.

She has over 30 years experience in child & youth development, working at the intersection of the arts, education, mental health and social services, with a focus on marginalized, unhoused & systems-affected youth–and the adults who serve them. She takes a stand for healthy workplace cultures and helps foster the individual, interpersonal and organizational well-being that empowers decision makers and teams to achieve their mission and vision with vitality and longevity.

Her belief in the transformative power of the arts imbues her work with imagination, creative expression and play. Rachelle says, "Everyone can be a leader, humans thrive in community, and the well-being of that community starts with us doing our inner work first."
