Bill Byrd brings nearly 40 years of real estate experience and has personally negotiated and closed nearly 1,000 real estate transactions throughout his career. Since obtaining his real estate license in 1986 and broker's license in 1993, Bill has built a reputation for helping clients make sound real estate decisions while maximizing value and minimizing risk.
As a Certified Keller Williams Real Estate Planner Professional (KWREP), Bill specializes in helping clients build, protect, and transfer real estate wealth. He works closely with financial planners, accountants, and attorneys to align real estate decisions with a client's overall financial and estate planning goals.
Throughout his career, Bill has held leadership, management, coaching, and instructional roles within the real estate industry. He has managed offices ranging from small boutique operations to organizations with more than 150 agents and has taught real estate law, appraisal, finance, ethics, fair housing, and pre-licensing education through the College of Charleston, CTAR, and other educational programs.
