THE ART OF VEGAN DINING III 🔥We’re back for the third instalment of our vegan evening, where we showcase seasonal vegetables through the lens of modern, Asian culinary techniques. Cooked over our signature wood-fired grill, the menu celebrates the natural essence, flavours and unknown complexities of vegan dishes.
This time, with Head Chef Kya at the helm, diners will settle into a menu including cauliflower karaage, tofu san choy bow and sesame-glazed eggplant. Each dish will again demonstrate unique flavour profiles that push the boundaries of vegan cuisine, all while honouring the simplicity of the ingredients.
