This is a free workshop for local yoga teachers who would like to learn more about how to craft and curate powerful playlists that will create different energy moods and allow your students to journey in your class. We will be using Spotify. Feel free to bring your laptop or phone.The second half of the workshop, we will explore the harmonium, basics on how to play it, and how to chant mantras with your students. If you have a harmonium, please bring it, but you do not need one to attend this workshop!

Heather Irene is a public school teacher, artist, musician, and storyteller. She currently holds over 500 hours of training from Laughing Lotus in New York City and Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, North Carolina. Heather Irene came to Yoga in 2012 as a way to heal from the physical pain she experienced as a result of scoliosis. Since then, her connection to Yoga has developed into a transformative, lifelong calling on the Bhakti path.
