This year the world is coming to Santa Clara for futbol, competition, international relations, and community. The Triton Museum of Art is celebrating these events with its exhibition, Futbol: the Art of the Game (May 16 - August 2, 2026).

Please join Executive Director Preston Metcalf on Thursday, June 18 for a special lecture/presentation: The Art of the Game: The Portrayal of Sports & Competition in Art History. From the games of Ancient Greece to sports and activities of later centuries, we have played and competed and come together.
