The Art of Style: NIGHT TWO
About this Event
and present , the first of two nights celebrating the bold visionaries redefining the District.
Our official programming features 100+ local artists and curators of style who are creating with a purpose, building community and setting the tone for D.C.'s unique identity.
From live painting a 10-foot-tall T-shirt handsewn by to and transforming local models styled by into living, breathing works of art, will put a spotlight on some of the trailblazing talent integral to the city's creative fabric.
👕 THE BIG TEE
This immersive live-painting activation features artist, designer and muralist painting original designs on a massive, 10-foot-tall T-shirt hanging from a 12-foot-tall scaffold. While Towles live paints, team will invite attendees to screenprint the artist's designs on paper using ink to make unique designs by swirling the colors in the screen to get a marbled look.
👗 THE DRESSING ROOM
The Dressing Room is an interactive installation inspired by the mind of , featuring the multidisciplinary artist's first 3D live-painting activation. The subjects? Her signature “Girls." And just like her, they can’t figure out what to wear. Come hang out in The Dressing Room, snap a selfie, and mingle with Trap and the girls.
👭 THE MANNEQUINS
D.C. artists , and will live paint mannequins, bringing their signature style and artistic vision to each 3D form. Bonus: See other works of Varner's on display throughout the Mezzanine.

🕶️ MEZZANINE MARKET
Curator and tastemaker 's will make its Union Station debut, featuring a dynamic lineup of stylish vendors selling vinyl, men's vintage clothing, men's streetwear, zines and vintage publications. The will complement Gray's fire lineup by creating a stunning aesthetic that fits the vibe and encourages people to stop, take photos and share the experience.
👔 THE FABRIC OF D.C.
of brings us night two of her brand-new activation: The Fabric of D.C. The completed mannequins from will remain on display as a evolving community textile installation while attendees choose from prescanned fabric patterns. Next, Blumberh and her team will project your selected pattern onto you à la aura photography while a digital photographer takes your dynamic editorial portrait. Get to know Blumberh's custom clothing and styling services while enjoying an artistic, funky and highly shareable experience.
📺 THE FEEDBACK LOOP
Multimedia artist and mad scientist is dreaming up another analog immersive experience with Wild Side. Check out his artful stacks of TVs projecting selfie-worthy feedback loops, behind-the-scenes footage of The Art of Style headliners and live feeds of the artists at work during the event.

Jewelry artist designs modern heirloom jewelry inspired by Art Deco architecture and global travel. She'll be onsite offering real-time custom engraving sessions, and her pieces will be available for purchase.
