The Art of Staying Okay
A therapeutic art-based workshop
Some days everything looks fine on the outside work is moving relationships are okay life is “normal.” But inside something still feels off. It’s not always a crisis just a quiet sense of being overwhelmed tired or not fully present.
The Art of Staying Okay is a space to pause breathe and gently find your way back to balance. Through art reflection and conversation we’ll explore what helps you feel grounded and what throws you off.
In this two-hour workshop we’ll:
✨ create your own 3D “house of regulation” a playful way to see what keeps you steady and safe
💭 understand your window of tolerance the range where your mind and body feel okay
🌸 explore boundaries in different parts of life how to protect your energy while staying open
No art experience needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.
It’s not about being “fixed” or “productive.” It’s about making space for yourself to feel to slow down and to learn how to stay okay even when things aren’t perfect.
