The Art of Somatic Sound Therapy

In this session, Dr. Celeste offers a sound bath that massages your cells with sound vibrations using vocal tones and sine wave frequencies rooted in ancient Chinese medicine sound healing techniques. Complementing this, we will explore the art of “Qi Gong,” which means “energy skill” and involves mindful movements coordinated with the flow of breath.
