On June 1st, 2024 the Pentecostal Political Social Action Council (PPSAC), in collaboration with the Federation of Network Ministries, Another Chance of Ohio, C.O.G.I.C. Urban Initiatives of ONFJ, Oak Street Health Services, ADAMHS Board ( Faith Program) of Cuyahoga County, The Governors Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, The Urban Art’s District of Cleveland, Ohio, National Action Network Cleveland Chapter, and Holy Trinity Church and Cultural Arts Center, will be hosting a very important “THE ART OF SOCIAL JUSTICE” summit! We are calling on faith-based organizers to join us for a full day of action-oriented activities, that will include workshops, panel discussions, and a free dinner for all participants. This event will focus our attention on those who have a heart for social justice, and desire to get their voices heard, but may lack an understanding of how best to do it! This summit will be an asset to mission-driven people, and for those who have the heart to collaborate with others. Our special keynote speaker will be civil rights leader and activist Bishop, James Louis Felton of Mount Airy Church of God in Christ of Philadelphia, PA. Bishop Felton also serves as the first Vice-President of the Philadelphia NAACP and chair of the Religious Affairs Committee. Bishop Felton is a voice of triumph and will bring your ears and hearts to “full attention”, that we have work to do.
