Motivational Interviewing - CEs approved through LPCGA, GSCSW, and GAMFT.
Join us for an engaging and interactive training designed to help counselors and helping professionals strengthen their ability to guide meaningful, client-centered change. This course will introduce practical Motivational Interviewing strategies that help reduce resistance, increase engagement, and empower clients to explore their own motivation for growth and behavioral change.
Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to ambivalence, elicit effective βchange talk,β and use reflective listening and strategic questioning techniques to build stronger therapeutic relationships. Through real-world examples, discussion, and application-based learning, attendees will leave with tools that can be immediately integrated into clinical and supportive service settings.
This training is ideal for counselors, social workers, case managers, behavioral health professionals, and others working in helping professions who want to enhance communication skills and improve client outcomes.
