The Art of Presence: An Art + Sound Healing Journey

A Guided Meditation, Therapeutic Art + Sound Healing Experience

On March 7th, we gather to slow down, reconnect, and return to the present moment — aligned with the energy of the moon and the invitation to pause, reflect, and reset.

Come spend a slow evening giving back to yourself… and giving back to community.

The evening will begin with a gentle guided meditation and therapeutic art experience facilitated by Priscilla Perez. This portion will include a guided sensorial check-in to help you arrive fully in your body and in the moment, followed by a simple creative practice centered around intention and self-expression.

Each participant will receive a small 3x5 card to create something uniquely their own. Art Supplies are included. You’ll choose one word that feels meaningful or supportive to you right now — then bring it to life through color, pattern, and design.

No art experience is needed.
There is no right or wrong.
Process over product.

Following the art experience, you will be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing journey led by Gayatri Devi, allowing you to relax, integrate, and settle into the energy you’ve created for yourself.

We will close with an optional sharing and reflection circle for those who feel called to share.

Giving Back

50% of event profits will support Lotus House, a 501(c)(3) organization providing shelter, resources, and life-changing support for women, children, and families experiencing homelessness — helping restore dignity, stability, and pathways toward long-term independence.

The remaining 50% will support a community legacy project created by a leadership cohort through Global Kinship Center, focused on creating lasting, positive impact through service, community partnership, and empowerment initiatives.

Meet Priscilla

Priscilla is an artist, educator, and creativity coach who believes creativity is a powerful pathway to healing, confidence, and connection. Through guided art experiences, mindfulness practices, and community-centered projects, she helps people reconnect with themselves and express what words sometimes cannot. Meet Gayatri Devi

Gayatri Devi is a compassionate sound healing practitioner who uses crystal singing bowls to create calming, restorative experiences for the body and mind. Her approach is rooted in presence, intention, and care, helping people slow down, release stress, and reconnect with themselves.
