The Art of Practice | Yoga with Sarah Koh

Take a moment out of your week to intentionally connect to your inner space. When we connect to our breathing and slow our nervous system down from the outside hustle and bustle and general noise of life, we are able to enjoy and really be with each moment. Empty your mind, be at ease in your body, and consciously move in the direction of your hearts truest callings.

The Art of Practice:

This is a breath-based practice aimed to have students tap inward and authentically express outward. An all levels class, perfect for those who would like to tap into their own creative and calming natural flow. By becoming one and aware of your physical, mental, and spiritual bodies, you can show up in the world as your most authentic self, free, unobstructed, and flowing.

About the teacher:

Sarah Koh specializes in making yoga accessible to practitioners of any level, background, or body type. She is a heart-centered guide, rooted in real life with extensive teaching experience. She focuses on intuitive and natural movement, guiding students to explore their own authentic expression in practice while remaining aligned to certain core universal fundamentals and truths.

She has studied, lived, and traveled all around the world, and has landed in San Francisco. She is know for bringing specially curated yoga events for the community all throughout the city into interesting, unique, and beautiful spaces.
