In our fast-paced, stressful lives, play is not just a luxury—it’s essential. In this workshop we invite you to reconnect with yourself through play and your senses.
Date: Saturday 17 August

Place: The Sensory Space,
Children’s Memorial Institute, Parktown
Price: R550 pp
As adults, we often set aside play for more serious pursuits like careers, relationships, and family responsibilities. While these are important, what if we could reintroduce play into our lives to enhance our personal and professional experiences?
Play is a universal language – one that we often forget in adulthood, yet it is vital for our survival and well-being. Play offers a space to be creative, break away from stress, and discover and express ourselves. Join us as we explore The Sensory Space through a combination of drama and art therapy, offering participants an embodied, immersive experience.
