About this Event
Supervising peer recovery support staff is a unique and meaningful responsibility that requires specialized approaches. Traditional supervision models do not always translate to peer-led roles, where lived experience, recovery values, and boundaries intersect with professional practice.
This training, The Art of Peer Supervision: Holding Space, Building Strength, will prepare supervisors, peers, and organizational leaders to provide effective, recovery-oriented supervision that sustains both professional development and personal recovery wellness.
