An intimate tasting series created to celebrate the connection between exceptional pours, thoughtful pairings, and meaningful moments shared around the table.
Our first gathering, American Soils, honors America’s 250th birthday with a coast-to-coast journey through some of the country’s most celebrated wine regions. Guests will explore distinctive pours from New York, Oregon, and California, each thoughtfully paired with tasting plates curated by Chef Nahm to complement and elevate every glass.
The evening will also feature Serenity, a special selection from North American Sake Brewery, offering a beautiful glimpse into the artistry and craftsmanship of American-made sake.
Rooted in story, flavor, and connection, American Soils is an invitation to slow down, savor with curiosity, and discover how land, tradition, and thoughtful pairing come together.
