Join us as we explore the ways art and meditation increase our ability to develop compassion and empathy for ourselves and others. In this session we will follow a traditional guided meditation on compassion, engage in reflective role-playing through art in GRAM’s permanent collection, and practice ways to bring our sense of empathy and compassion into action.
Sessions will take place in GRAM’s Permanent Collection on Museum Level 3. Cushions and comfortable seating will be provided.
