Explore yourself through mindful movement and dance in GRAM’s galleries. Your guide, Kara McNabb, will offer prompts inspired by the art to guide your experience. Through these dance meditations, you’re invited to move in whatever way feels right for you. Whether it’s fast or slow, playful or serious, still or wild, there is no right or wrong way to move.
During this session, guests will engage the artwork on view with a focus on storytelling. How can we tell stories through our movement and how do these stories and movements affect us?
Registration by November 7. No experience necessary.
